Blackburn Rovers Home Shirt 2009/10 Blackburn Rovers was established in 1875, and in 1888 became a founding member of The Football League. In 1890 Rovers moved to its permanent home at Ewood Park (capacity:31,367). Blackburn's most recent success was in the 'Jack Walker revolution' (former owner) when they won the Premier League in 1995. They are one of only 4 teams to win the title since the Premier League was founded in 1992. Rovers recently installed a new manager in Sam Allardyce.
